Our award winning team of independent consultants has hands on experience leading ERP implementations, managing organisational change, and optimising Microsoft 365. Particularly in high stake industries like maritime and aviation.

Our Story
Shape Associates was founded in Jersey in 2020 by Darren Parker and Carl Appleton. Both ex-Royal Navy personnel, Darren and Carl began their maritime careers in the late 1980s, serving onboard HMS Birmingham during patrols in the Middle East. Decades later, their paths crossed again, and with successful consultancies under their belts, they combined their expertise to create Shape Associates, a company rooted in practical knowledge and a passion for the maritime industry.
In 2022, Shape Associates became award winners and expanded into aviation, bringing our approach to a new arena. With the formation of a UK company in early 2023, Justin Woodley joined the board, bringing extensive expertise in Digital Transformation and ERP systems. This strategic growth has allowed us to broaden our reach and continue driving meaningful change for our clients.
